A chat room allows users to virtually talk with other users or groups around the globe. Chat rooms offer many ways of communicating with others. Text chat which is pretty much just like any other messenger such as msn, icq, aim or ysm, but allows you to talk/chat with a whole group of people or single persons withing that chat room. Other popular chats are cam and voice chat which allows users to see and hear each other while chatting. With the cam and voice chat you can also chat with a group of people at the same chat which is a pretty neat feature.
